Psychotherapy is a form of therapy, in which the relation between the therapist and the client is the most important aspect. It is a process in which you get to know and understand yourself better in the company of the therapist. You learn about your feelings, emotions, thoughts, needs, you experience what is happening with you at this very moment. When you understand yourself and explore your inside, you can make real changes in your life. Changes that you really want and need!

Psychotherapy will help you, if you suffer from:

Our psychologists work in the integrative approach, which means that they apply integrated psychotherapeutic methods and adopt them to the individual needs of patients depending on their problem.

Psychotherapy is a series or weekly meetings with a therapist.

Sessions in our center are 50-minute-long.

Psychotherapy is not:

  • A process aiming at changing others, e. g.: wife, mother, father, boss or children
  • Counseling, in which the psychotherapist tells you how to live
  • An appointment with a doctor, where you receive a pill and you instantly feel better

Psychotherapy is a type of work on yourself that will allow you to discover Who you are and give you the answer on how you want to live your life.
